When you transition from one phase of life to another, it’s so important to take time to mourn, honour and celebrate it all along the way. Even meeting the completion of another calendar year is a transition that when honored allows you to complete with grace so you can open your heart and mind to the coming year… so you can open to hope, potential and possibility.
