My courses and trainings are an invitation to embark on a journey of deep inner growth whilst also learning practices to support you in daily life. I offer a range of transformational reiki trainings & retreats – in person and online. Having studied both Usui Shiki Ryoho (Western) & Usui Reiki Ryoho (Traditional Japanese) I have a broad, balanced and authentic view of the system of Reiki.  I continue to deepen my reiki & shamanic practices on a yearly basis which reveal the deeper layers and healing within the practices to me. From this space, I can share more deeply with you.
