Terms & Conditions of Purchase

Thank you for your interest in my offerings. Each purchase, whether it’s a product or service, comes with certain terms you’ll want to be familiar with. I’ve laid them out below for your careful consideration.

Proceeding with your purchase means you’re ready to embrace these terms, binding us in a mutual agreement. Should you find yourself with questions or in need of clarity, please contact me.

Payment Plans

Where you purchase via a payment plan, you understand that you are responsible for completing your payments until the entire amount has been paid — even if you decide to cease participating in the offering.

Please take note of the day of the month you enrolled, as this will be the day (give or take a day) that your monthly payments will be charged to your card.

Ensure that funds are available a few days before this date.

If we are unable to charge your card, a second attempt will be made 48 hours later. Should this charge also fail, your access to the programme will be paused until the remaining amount is paid in full.

This policy is in place to minimise the time-consuming process of chasing up failed payments.

Early Enrolment Pricing

Early enrolment pricing (when offered) can not be backdated for any reason. This is another good reason to read my sales pages slowly and mindfully, and to note down when early pricing ends so you don’t miss out.

Sessions

All 1:1 sessions require a minimum of 48- 24 hours notice to reschedule.

You can reschedule your reiki / shamanic session or mentoring Session yourself by choosing the “reschedule” option in your booking confirmation email.

A 50% of the fee applies for appointments cancelled between 24 – 48 hours in advance.

If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours the full fee applies as I am unable to offer this appointment to another individual.

If it is less than 24 hours until your appointment time, you will not be able to reschedule or receive a refund and will have to book and pay for an entirely new session.

If you are working with me on an ongoing basis, as part of a Mentoring Package, then all appointments can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. Just message me.

No refunds are available for sessions already received by a client.

Ceremonies & Events

A lot of energy & time goes into creating the space and material for my events & courses. Often course numbers are limited to ensure an intimate and attentive space so the deposit for the course is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If a workshop/ course is cancelled by the client more than 14 days prior to the commencement of the course / event a full refund of the amount will be made if I can fill the spot or if the spot cannot be filled then the amount less the deposit will be refunded.
If cancelled less than 14 days prior to the commencement of a workshop by the client no refund will be made and your deposit cannot be transferred.
Should you fail to turn up for your event/ booking, your deposit or full fee paid will not be refunded.
If due to unforeseen circumstances The Thirsty Soul has to cancel an event, you will receive a full refund of your payment or you may use your credit against our other therapies, workshops & services.

Reiki Trainings

The deposit is non-refundable

Soulful Ceremony

A lot of energy & time goes into creating the space and material for the soulful ceremony so the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The balance is due prior to or on the day of ceremony.

Spirit / Medicine Dolls

Medicine Dolls once purchased (paid in full or deposit) are non-refundable or non-returnable due to the nature of their making.
